1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by White Rock Garage Doors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our website at whiterockgaragedoors.com. By scheduling or receiving any service, or by browsing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Area
We offer garage door installation, repair, maintenance, and opener services for residential and commercial properties in Dallas and surrounding communities within Dallas County, Texas.

3. Business Hours
Services are provided Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST.

4. Quotes, Deposits & Payment
Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation written quotes on-site.

Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon job completion and before the technician departs.

Payment Methods: Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Late Payments: Outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To avoid a forfeited deposit, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur up to 50% of the quoted price.

6. Warranty
New Installations: Two-year warranty on parts and one-year warranty on labor, effective from the date of installation.

Repairs & Maintenance: One-year warranty on parts and labor, effective from the date of service.

Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper homeowner maintenance, Acts of God, or unauthorized third-party alterations.

7. Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your misuse or modification of our workmanship.

8. Permits & Code Compliance
You are solely responsible for securing all required building permits and paying any associated inspection fees. We will inform you if permits are necessary, but we assume no liability for code violations if permits are not obtained.

9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions.

10. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on whiterockgaragedoors.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by White Rock Garage Doors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our website content without our express written permission.

We disclaim any responsibility for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from our website.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Arbitration: Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Rules.

Governing Law: These Terms and any arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
